Play Frame Construction Process

Stage 1
Empty unit leveled and prepared for steel work to go up. This could be purpose built, or a unit with planning permission for a change of use.

Stage 2
Steel legs fitted in place as per planned design.

Stage 3
Steelwork continues throughout Play Frame. And cross beams are fitted to support upper decks.

Stage 4
Our team of fitters will at this stage start padding. All bare steelwork padded with insulation foam and covered with a fire retardant PVC cover.

Stage 5
Steelwork continues to be erected, padders following whilst fitters will install flame retardant fibreglass and fully padded decking to the frame.

Stage 6
With Steelwork and padding completed, fitters continue to install the play frame equipment. (roller climbs, ramps, slung nets, etc.)

Stage 7
Finally all the area will be fully netted. Our team at this stage will be employed to fully tie in all nets and snag play frame ready for RoSPA inspection.
